Mcdonald's - Grapevine

Go down. Managers work drive thru and get food ready. At least I have what I command but only warm.

Fast service, nice staff and the food was really good! There's a McDonald right on the street that has to take lessons. Food: 5/5

Every time I get to this McDonald, there's a problem. Tonight's problem was a McDouble who was old with a hard bungalow sitting there for a while (literal garbage) and the lid was closed on my coke so it ended on my shirt. I went back and was very polite and asked for a replacement. NOT A TIME DID I GET an APOLOGY! I feel discriminated from Mexican staff there, except Louis, who is a pleasure. These are not just one or two individual cases. I am sure that this is not addressed, but I had to give feedback on several terrible experiences. I have observed how these people interact with the Caucasian people and they are so pleasant. I am proud to be kind to the service industry because I know that their jobs are not easy, but I feel discriminated against and given terrible food and service where I draw the line.

This McDonald's was there, they're fast and friendly. The gentleman who left the food knows his stuff. Food: 5/5

I just ordered a Quarter Pounder meal, and it was the worst burger I've ever eaten. It wasn't even a proper Quarter Pounder— it was squished flat and burnt on one side.
