Jack In The Box - Grass Valley

They didn't give me my curly fry and tried to refund me by sending me some mystery coupon in the mail. I live in a state that doesn't have Jack in the Box, so that isn't really refunding me.

I've had 2 fraudulent charges here in one month. I think they have a card skimmer at the cash register if you go here only use cash otherwise they will drain your bank account. I tried speaking to management but they brushed me off which leads me to believe they're in on it..

This visit wasn't much better than the last one. Totally messed up my order, as well as the person ahead of, and behind me. Between the rising of cost of fast food and the lack of work ethic, not to mention the health risks, why bother going here at all?

I will not be getting take out at this place again. Food wasn't good and was cold and staleOne bite and threw out the rest. Shame on you for serving

I was so impressed with the employee's here. Very accommodating, nice and apologized for the food taking long which I don't think it took long at all) the food was nicely wrapped and put in the bag so neatly , the burger was picture perfect and delicious!!!
