Bidra med feedbackBest pizza I had in a very long time. I've got the nasty pig, just incredible. Crispy thin crust, pig belly with the perfect meat-to-fat ratio, arugula and fig jam drizzle.
Huge selection of local brews... especially IPAs. Pizza-by-the-slice: a very generous (New York size serving) ... half cut so you don't have to fold (I still fold tho) The Mozzarella cheese was melty stretchable jumminess! We had an order of garlic bread... I felt like it was using a marinara sauce for immersion.
Amazing pizza. I think one of best in town. Good atmosphere and beer selection. But, be prepared to wait AT LEAST an hour for a slice or pizza to go. I always order an hour in advance and even then it?s usually not ready. It?s worth the wait but they just take forever. I often don?t have the time but when I do I go here. 4 stars for that reason but if you can wait an hour it?s so worth it
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The slices really are huge, and delicious. Definitely stop here while youre in town!
The first part was the menu like a cryptic message mixture numbers and words. Find out what cost, was the hardest part of the process. I want to sign up and ask what the options are? I was shown a slice and full pizza sizes. How much was the following question? What does it cost? He had to go through the register to find out the costs. 3 pieces of orders from pepperoni (the slice is really 2 pieces) was $28.09 they automatically add to 15% Gratity, you need to ask to remove it. The pizza was totally dumped. The crust was sub par. A little crispy a little chew and no taste. They would do well to add some salt or garlic to give it a bit interesting taste. Crust is the hardest part of a pizza. They show this by missing the sign. The sauce. A pizza has tomato sauce, a good pizza makes it delicious, a great pizza has you writing stories about it. You get a story for the sauce, but not worthy. I immediately tasted tomato paste, no taste other than that. Garlic would have helped here, or oregano or anything to make it interesting. It was just blah (class school cafeteria level). Since it was so bland, I started loading it with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. That should help... it didn't really both on our table had lost all taste, nothing from pepper and I barely noticed the parm. Probably time to replace them. The only thing that would have changed this experience would have been a good brew. I think the reason for the store name was inspired by Pizza Port Brewing. The difference that pizza port makes really good beer her 's could be as good as the pizza.
