The barista gave us the wrong drink, and when we requested the correct drink, she tried to argue with us instead of just correcting the mistake. We ordered the ?Paradise Drink Starbucks Refresher? and read the name directly from the menu. We were given the ?Pineapple Passionfruit Starbucks Refresher? that does not come with coconut milk. She berated us in front of other customers, saying that by calling it a ?refresher? we were insinuating we wanted it made with water, even though the name of the drink we wanted on the menu is a refresher. Anyone that berates a customer for simply requesting the correct drink (politely) probably shouldn?t be working in customer service. The drink was fine once a different barista (Lacey) fixed it for us.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst frappe I?ve ever had
Once again I've never been to a Starbucks ever in my life I must have been out in the parking lot that's why this came up
We'd loved our lattes today from this Starbucks, wow very very good highly recommend.. inside the grocery store which is also very nice.
