I really enjoyed the humorous signs, such as “please do not smash your face into the glass door,” and the cheese was delicious too.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The Cuban sandwich and the fondue grilled cheese are both excellent!

This restaurant offers an incredible variety of delightful cheeses. While the selection might feel overwhelming, it isn’t thanks to the attentive staff who take the time to answer questions and allow customers to sample a wide range of products. You can purchase exactly the quantity you want. The atmosphere here is fantastic!

Rubiner's is a cheesy heaven. A perfect update to an historic building, it's temple-like feel is appropriate for the sumptuous provisions that Matt provides to his Berkshire public. A rare treat to have in the country. It was an honor to design both the store and the café all those years ago and to see that they have stood the test of time. All we need now is the final conversion of the bank vault into a cheese cave and the pearly gates won't shine any brighter.
