Traveling alone, I tend to be cautious about local bars because I worry about the potential "you're not from around here" atmosphere, which can range from mild unwelcomeness to outright hostility.
Whenever we visit Great Bend, we always make a point to stop by Charlie's. The bartenders are fantastic, and the drinks are consistently fairly priced. - Jesse and Jennifer
This is a fantastic spot to relax. The atmosphere is friendly, and the place is really clean.
