The Corner Bistro - Great Bend

Our baseball team and families had dinner here and the staff was amazing. Our Valencia server was amazing to take care of our large group, like the rest of the staff. Valencia was friendly and every order came perfect. The food was also very good. Kudos!

I'm from out of town but the food and service was excellent. Nice blend of home cooking with a bit of fancy but not too fancy. Not sure it's possible to get a bad meal here. I'll go here again for sure.

Server did well, but there was a problem with the beer tapper. Was offered bottles as substitute for the draw. Onion rings were very good, chicken fry steak was quite acceptable, baked potato was barely done. Overall a decent experience in a pleasant environment.

The menu offers solid American classics, and the steak was cooked to perfection. The hot honey butter rolls were simply delightful! While the wine list is somewhat limited, it has enough options for a nice glass to pair with steak; I opted for the Kendall Jackson Cabernet. The Italian salad is a $0.75 upgrade, but it’s definitely worth it for its fresh, dressed greens. The service was exceptional, and everything was served hot and promptly.

The best steak in Kansas City! I'm currently out of town, but I had to share my experience. The waiter was exceptional. After a long day, I was craving a fantastic steak, and I definitely found it here. I wasn’t a fan of the Bourbon sauce (I prefer it without that extra shot), but my medium-rare ribeye was perfect on its own. I always like to add a bit of horseradish for that extra flavor. If I come back to KC, I’ll be returning for another steak! 7/21
