Best Wok - Great Falls

I went to this restaurant for dinner one night and had a disappointing experience. There were two women serving food—one was quite rude while the other was just okay. We ordered two plates, each with two types of meat, but they got two out of the four wrong. To make matters worse, they insisted on telling us what we ordered, even though I would never choose almond chicken because I can't stand almonds. They also prioritized helping a guy who walked in after us, and then began preparing phone orders while ours were still only half finished. As for the food, it was rather bland, particularly the sweet and sour chicken, although the Szechuan pork was actually quite good. I really don't understand how this place has over four stars.

The food is consistently great, and the service is friendly. It can be a bit tricky to navigate the menu sometimes, but it's definitely worth it if you're in the mood for buffet-style Chinese cuisine.

Best Wok on the West Side is definitely one of my favorite places to eat! Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a quick takeout, this spot never disappoints. If you’re not feeling well, their bird’s nest or wonton soup is a great remedy! I drank tons of it when I had COVID, and it really helped me feel much better! Plus, their buffet specials offer something for everyone. Ms. Yim, who has been with Best Wok for a long time, ensures everything runs smoothly and is always a friendly host. If you haven’t tried Best Wok or it’s been a while since your last visit, I highly recommend checking it out!

Amazing food and excellent service!! I'm coming here five plus years. We always get a great service and delicious food. The general chicken is a favorite and today was exceptionally fresh.

Luv their food. Fresh and not greasy. Like using drive thru. can get a full foam box for less than ten bucks. The lady at drive thru window is really sweet.
