Holiday Inn Great Falls-convention Center, An Ihg

Easy and quick check in. Rooms were okay. Nice bathroom. No breakfast. Amazing pool though!! My family loved the slide. Lots of snacks at the little gift shop. We went to the restaurant in the hotel to get breakfast and bring it back to the room. Tony was the chef, and he did great! The food was delicious. Props to Tony! Would stay again.

I picked this hotel because of the big pool area with the slide. It's a good way to let my family burn off energy after a long car trip. We have stayed here once before but we were less impressed this time. The checkin staff seemed almost comatose and it was impossible to get info or help so aside from getting our keys, I waited until the night staff came in and then I had a much better experience. We had prepaid for breakfast with our reservation but I would not do that again. We got coupons to use at the attached restaurant. The food was about a 2 out of 5 stars and it took us an hour just to eat. That's not what I'm looking for on a road trip. The rooms were adequate and clean enough but the attention to detail in maintenance and repairs was low. It will be a tough decision if we do this trip again. The pool is a big draw but I don't know if it can overcome the other downsides. Also note there is remodeling happening but it didn't impact us at all. If you're into disc golf, there's a course at the park next door!

We were here for training. They struggled to check us in and it was a hassle to get the right rooms with the correct names on it. They did have a restaurant for meals but no coffee bar area in the morning. I had to pay $3.75 for a cup of black coffee to go. The rooms had single cup coffee makers that didn't fit travel mugs. They did warn us that it is under construction but the rooms only seemed to be half remodeled and not in a good way. The work was spotty. Paint on the floors and some things new but a lot old. And the room was not clean. I was in a room with two beds but only 2 towels in the bathroom with one hand towel and one wash cloth.

Currently under construction. Our A/C buttons didn't work to control the temp, but the staff entered it to be fixed as soon as I mentioned it. Very nice folks working there. The restaurant staff was also great! My kids like the pool and waterslide.Rooms: 4/5

I found this Hotel to be very clean and comfortable. There were renovations going on, but it wasn't disruptive to my stay. The bar/casino was a definite plus. The restaurant had great service and delicious food.There was a gentleman at the front desk that truly made both stays a little better. His customer service and overall friendliness exceeded my expectations. His name is Frank Bollich and I would like to personally recognize him. Darci Ellefson
