Pollo Peru - Great Falls

My kids really enjoy the yucca at Polo Peru. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I've noticed that none of the waitstaff or cashiers greet customers with a smile. They also tend to rush you when you’re placing your order. Additionally, they often call out orders in Spanish, and only after there's no response do they remember to say it in English. It would be great if employees could be reminded that non-Spanish speakers also appreciate the delicious food at Polo Peru.

I've been visiting Pollo Peru for nearly 7 to 8 years, and the chicken is fantastic. When it's fresh, their yucca is unbeatable—crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside. It's truly perfect. Having grown up in South Florida, I often find myself missing Cuban cuisine, and Pollo Peru's beans and rice are the closest I’ve found to authentic Cuban beans and rice in the area. This is definitely my top choice for takeout when I'm in the mood for a quick meal. I highly recommend this place—10 out of 10!

I encountered some attitude from the staff at the cash register during my visit. The only highlight was the Inca Cola, which I really enjoyed. Everything else was just average—not impressive at all. The black beans, in particular, were truly disappointing and quite unappetizing. Would I return? Absolutely not!

Excellent charbroiled chicken! Seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fried yuca , sweet plantains, and rice and beans were all great! Definitely recommending this place , especially to other latinx and Puerto Ricans.
