Taco John's - Great Falls

Taco John's, a national fast food chain specializing in Mexican food, is pretty good quality at a reasonable price. They have hash brown/tater tot sides instead of fries which are pretty good, and they always have some crazy deals going on (like the 2 for $5 quesadilla tacos). Their service at this location is pretty good, speedy and nice all around. The parking lot is a decent size so you can always pull through the drive thru here and sit in your car to eat.

Order was wrong and they wouldn't correct it without charging us again. So one of us didn't get to eat. The wrong order was almost $10.00

Can't never stop loving this place. We don't have one in Canada so everytime we see one we tend to stop. Fresh quality food and tasty!

A little but of an underwhelming first experience. Always see the commercials pop up which made it seem enticing. Before ordering our first meal, my wife installed and ordered off the app—only a 5 minute drive away, cool. Show up to the drive-thru and without exaggerating, ended up sitting in line behind one truck that was at the window for 25+ minutes. Not really fast food if I can't drive right through with a mobile order. Adding insult to injury, they forgot two orders of nachos for both of our meals. Kinda sucks to have to wait that long and they still mess up the order.

Employee asks to see personal phones with proprietary information including my other customers and employees personal information that can pop up with texts and emails from personal. Including but not limited to medical, personal and business information pertaining to an employee or customer.
