Woodall's -b-que - Great Wood

Came here with my team after visiting two other BBQ places in the area realizing that they were closed on a Tuesday. Lesson learned that Tuesday is not the day to get BBQ up here in Spring/Woodlands... However, this place have good brisket sandwich! The mac cheese was super cheesy as shown in the picture. The potato salad was more on the sweeter side personally, I like it like that! They did mention that starting 9/30/2022 they will only be mobile (so visit before they close down their brick and mortar store !! They also do catering :

Talk about over the top customer service, Woodall 's BBQ has it. My daughter I stopped by on our way home made a to go order. Upon taking food out of bag, we saw that they had not included our side of fried okra. I called to ask if they might be able to give me a raincheck. The person who answered apologized saying they tried to catch me as soon as they saw the okra on the counter but I had already left. Anyway he took my name said I could get it next time I came by. About a week later I happened to be driving by again since I was a little hungry, stopped to see about getting okra. They were so apologetic asked what would I like for dessert. I said that would not be necessary, but asked what they had. Upon hearing Pecan Pie pudding (I had never heard of that), she (I assume the owner but didn 't get her name), gave me a sample taste. Mmmmm sooooo good. So of course I said ok. Well, when she gave me the bag, she said she also put in a sandwich you need a sandwich to go with that okra . I left with a smile saying you bet I will be back . Thank you again for an amazing unexpected meal.

They food good but they customer service a spent $50 on 2 kids meal an 1 normal plate and even after request they didn't put any bread in the bag and better yet they place was empty so it's not they was just busy I called on the phone and the whoever answered couldn't have given a s laughed and said what can I do to make it up to you

Not a bad place, doesn't really look like a BBQ place if you know what I mean. I had a chop beef sandwich, it was good but not great. The BBQ sauce needs some spice or something, kind of genetic. The kids enjoyed their food and it looked good. We didn't have any sides other than fries and onion rings. Service was good and friendly.

10 out of 10.. I will eat here again! Been here several time with the family. Great family owned restaurant with really good food. The food is amazing but the service is even better! Everyone always goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. I had the half chicken, ribs, coleslaw, and green beans. Huge serving. Huge flavor. I can’t not mention how clean the restaurant is.
