Picked up at the window, they were rude and didn't give what I asked for . They're always in such a hurry, no hello, no thank you for your order.. nodda. Just plain rude. Won't be

We were visiting Sudbury from Brampton Ontario, and we had great experience and interactions. One of which was Komal and her outstanding customer service. She is approachable and very sweet. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The two days we were here, we only went to this location due to their amazing and happy staff. Exceptional staff. Same goes for Amrit and PRIYA. To help us, Priya even customized our chilli cheese order and helped with strong Indian style tea. It was amazing. These 3 employees are true representation of excellent customer service.

Goto this Tims at least 4 Times a day and always get my medium mocha ice cap which cost 5$ well today got my ice cap little over half full and told it's the right amount I've never gotten an ice cap that empty and never been treated so horribly at an establishment. Will NEVER be back. They just lost a huge

Carol either a supervisor or a manager was very rude to one of her employees while we went through drive thru. We did not appreciate the way she treated her coworkers.

My friend and I went this evening, placed order on drive through, found really unprofessional behaviour of staff there, kept repeating order and laughing.
