Wendy's - Greencastle

We went to Wendy’s for dinner and the building was wrapped. After ordering I realized I had not ordered part of my meal correctly. When I got to the window I asked if they could fix it. The lady at the window was VERY polite and said they could correct it. the kitchen staff obliged and did amazing! Got all of our food correctly and did not have any troubles correcting my own mistake! Thank you soooo much!

Got served only 2 commercially worthy crispy chicken Blt (the cheese was melted) and the beautiful voice of an angel spoke me very satisfied in the clobular chocolate chip cookie

It's quickly become my new favorite spot, but the drive-thru doesn't seem to understand what "many ketchup" means—they only gave us one packet.

Thank you, Wendy's! Your staff was incredibly understanding when our car broke down embarrassingly on our way to work, and they happily took our order. Even though it took nearly two hours for someone to come pick us up, one of your employees graciously offered us an extra drink and Frosty, which she seemed to pay for out of her own pocket just to help us beat the heat. We truly appreciate your kindness, especially after the tough week we've had.

The sandwich was decent, and the fries were hot and crispy. The dining area was clean, although it was quite empty. The drive-thru was busy, and the staff were friendly.
