Qdoba Mexican Eats - Greenfield

I have visited this restaurant several times before, but this time was the worst experience. The staff were not very friendly and the food did not look appetizing. While eating the burrito, I noticed that the white rice was crunchy and the chicken seemed like it had been sitting out all day.

I recently dined at Qdoba for the first time and was eager to try it out. The location was convenient and the food I received was tasty. However, there were a few issues that dampened my experience. I was mistakenly given a kid's portion bowl, which I did not request, and only realized this towards the end of the line as I was unfamiliar with Qdoba's menu. The cashier on duty on August 1st at 12:15 PM was not helpful and simply stated that I had ordered from the kids menu. She appeared uninterested in correcting the mistake and seemed eager for me to pay and leave. This disappointing encounter has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to the Greenfield location again.

I typically enjoy this restaurant, which is why I gave it 3 stars. The staff, who are mostly young people, always seem to do a good job. The portions are always generous. However, during my last visit, a young man with long, tousled brown hair was working on the line. He was friendly, but his hair was not tied back and I was concerned it would end up in my food. Unfortunately, my fears were realized when I found a large piece of his hair in my nachos. It ruined my meal experience.

I often go here and eat is always great. the service is hit or miss. I had 5 of some employees and other paints his like a middle school playground. I am still going back

That was my first time I had ever eaten in a qdoba, and I was excited to try it. the location was good and the food I ended was good. However, there were some problems: the first thing that she gave me a child protion dish (which I did not demand) and I did not even recognize it until I arrived at the end of the line (at that time I was never before in qdoba) whoever it was that worked on 8/1/22 at 12:15, was the one who made this a disappointing visit. she told me the price and I was confused, and when I tried to recheck the menu and she told me flat, they ordered from the children's menu. They got the children's menu and in the ground she didn't seem harassed to fix it, and wanted me to pay and go. such a terrible first experience, and I will never go back to the Greenfield site.
