Logan's Roadhouse - Greensboro

I ordered grilled chicken with fried shrimp, a side salad with thousand island dressing, and two baked sweet potatoes to go. I parked in the designated spot for to go orders and waited over 20 minutes for my food, but no one came out. I went inside to pick up my order and found that the yeast rolls were raw. When I pointed this out to the young lady at the counter, she rudely insisted they were cooked. I explained that the smell of yeast meant they were not done, but she argued with me. I asked to speak to the manager, but it was a waste of time. The chicken was burnt and cold, the rice shrimp was cold, and I never received my salad, though they included the dressing in my bag. I will never return to this restaurant again.

I was served raw chicken at this restaurant and it was a terrible experience! The manager did not seem concerned about my complaint, simply apologized and removed the entree from my bill. I am extremely disappointed in a restaurant that my family has been loyal customers of for years!!!

Ordered online for take out. Called but couldn't get through for the curbside number. Went in to get the food and was told that I needed to check my order cause they would only remake my food if it was wrong while I was there. All of the food looked correct except for the burger that was ordered. It was supposed to be the fried cheese and bacon, but instead of the way it was advertised and the pictures shown, they put 3 old mozzarella sticks on it and one was smashed. When I turned to talk to the person who told me to check my order she was now on the phone.

Our server was attentive and checked on us regularly to refill our drinks and ensure we enjoyed our meal. The only downside was the onion pedal appetizer, which was disappointing. The onions were more like strings and not fried enough to dip into the sauce. See the picture for a better explanation. However, the steaks were cooked perfectly to our different preferences and were well seasoned.

We went the for a 20th birthday. Waitress and staff were great. Food was good. I didn't like the fried mushrooms and steak wasn't as ordered but everything else was great!
