Mcdonald's - Greensboro

This location is Nasty. One young lady rubbing her hair as she places your food in the bag. Gentlemen with braids drops a bag on the floor while bagging someone's food. This same Gentlemen proceeds to place the dirty bag that fell on the bags to put people food in. Nobody washing their hands. Will not be coming here again

No matter what time of day, the coffee has a very gross burned taste. I don't think they clean the coffeemaker as this has been ongoing for at least a year. Don't recommend the mocha, no one knows how to make it so they just give you a $2 hot chocolate for $4

My child and I were left waiting in the lobby for a small strawberry shake, ice cream, and a medium fry. The manager was on duty but completely ignored us and only helped a customer who came in missing an order before going to work the drive-through. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to leave. The manager, Rachelda, seemed to be ignoring customers, while the other three staff members, although nice, also seemed to be neglecting customers.

My experience at this McDonald's was terrible. They tried to overcharge me and gave me cold food. When I spoke to the manager about it, he became aggressive and threw my money back at me. I contacted the corporate office but received no resolution. I would not recommend going to this McDonald's. I wish I could give it a zero rating.

The girl in the window that spends dinner tonight was wonderful. I was a little complicated with my order and she was very polite and smiled all the time and made my visit very pleasant! I come back to this place just because their service was great! great customer service for once at mcdonald’s! thank you!
