Smokey Bones BBQ & Grill - Greensboro

Our entree was delicious; staff members were polite and catered to us albeit our late arrival.

When I entered the establishment I was greeted with a “Hello” and I was seated. Such a great place to eat some great food. When the food was delivered it was hot and fresh and looked very appetizing. The bar manager came over and asked if me and my party were enjoying the food. Christine my waitress was great and was very personable. I will definitely be back to enjoy such a great atmosphere and most importantly the food.

Great food and atmosphere. Our server Chrisine was great. The bar manager Mike stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with our drinks. Even the GM stopped by. Truly appreciate the attentiveness.

My waitress Nesha was awesome! She gave the best customer service, always smiling, pleasant and attended to our every need. She is the definition of southern hospitality. I look forward to coming back.

I was spending an evening with my family and we wanted to grab a bite out during the late evening. When we went to Smokey Bones, we were immediately greeted and guided to our seat. The waiter service started off right and quickly declined. He provided us with menus and asked us for our drink orders to enjoy while we glanced at the menu. He informed us that he would clean the table and we didn’t mind at first, but it was 20 minutes later before he took our order. We wanted the Brisket Grill Cheese and was informed that the item was not available. So we needed more time to look at the menu for another item to order. It took the waiter another 10 minutes to come back for our order. FYI…we were the only customers in the entire dining area at the time. We ordered the Smoked Buffalo Wings Hot, French Fries, Bacon Cheeseburger with Chipotle Ketchup, Cheese Fries, a Ribeye Steak with a Loaded Bake Potato, and the Bone Fire. It took about 35 to 40 minutes for the food to be delivered. We finally got the food. I felt that my burger was delicious and the fries were on point. Others in my party did not enjoy the taste of the smoked Buffalo Wings and the steak came out a bit more rare than expected, so it was returned for further cooking. The music being played in the res was very nice and satisfying. They had a good playlist on for the night, hip hop and R&B. I will say that it was a bit cold in the restaurant. So cold that the waiter had their jacket on. The price of the food is what is typically expected for dining out at a restaurant. I am hoping that my experience was just a one of and does not happen often or happen to you. I hope that you find this review helpful and provide it thumbs up if it is. Take care and enjoy!
