Wendy's - Greensboro

Large menu selection. The employees were professional and did their best to move the lines. The food was served hot and fresh. Drive thru can sometimes be hectic. Quiet and clean environment. Competition price. The last time I was there, there was no ice cream and the ice machine didn't work either. No good combination. Things happen. But I hope they fix it. Will update the review if everything is in operation again.

They seriously need to work on their customer service. Plus, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to go through the drive through when there are only 2 cars in line. The Baconater fries are great.

Went to Wendy 's on 4805 W Market St Greensboro nc 8/22/2022 Got there around 8pm. The service was awful! Got dine in, it was maybe twenty minutes or more before i could take my order. Their excuse was 'no communication ' between shift changeS. None of the employees were explaining the situation except for one guy that was doing dishes at the time and kindly gave customers free drinks for the long wait. They got other customers orders incorrect. It was just slow awful service that night.

I am not sure whats happened to the Wendys in Guilford county NC but the service is awful. Out of Tomatos and Cheese today. A month ago they had three weeks where their card machine was down you had to have cash. Missing bacon I paid for and tomatos on my sandwich. Ordered a large frosty got two small ones and was charged extra when I told him twice I wanted a large not a small instead of doing a new frosty charged and gave me the second small. WTH I am so frustrated. I wouldnt go there again but my work is so close and the guys here send me to Wendys the other one off hwy 68 just as bad. Yall are getting as bad as Mcdonald well worse. what a shame. I am not a happy customer at all

How are ANY Wendy 's Restaurants in Greensboro NC are still operating behooves me? Even when you order thru Uber eats the customer service is disgusting and deplorable. When my order arrived I can just tell it was made with the worse care. I didn 't eat it and demanded my money back from Uber eats. Any Wendys you go to in Greensboro NC will be run by the dredges of society. Low vibrating individuals who 's only interest is how soon they can go home. Customer service is naught!! Food is cold when it arrives at your home or wrong when ordering it from the drive thru. I 've definitely had enough. Kudos to fast food restaurants that are being run by AI. Maybe then the order will be right and at least you can read thank you and come again on the computer screens and automatic drive thru 's.
