Kfc - Greensburg

The staff is normally friendly, but the speed is pretty slow. Food is fine, nothing great. There is an attached John Silvers but they almost never serve it.

This place should be shut down after over 2 decades of bad service that I have lived here. Ordered 2 piece extra crispy meal with a biscuit and mashed potatoes and I got chicken from what looked like the day before and no biscuit. The mashed potatoesand napkins was the only thing that was right. Batesville Indiana and Greensburg KFC owned by same people. Batesville told usone time that the reason why our chicken was almost black was because they are not allowed to change their oil as often as theyshould. If chicken is not dripping of oil then you know its old from this kfc.

I am pregnant and had a strong craving for a chicken bowl. We spent $25 on our order, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the chicken bowl in the bag. My husband picked up the order, and we weren’t given a receipt, so we have no way to prove we paid for the missing bowl. To make matters worse, we live 30 minutes away from the restaurant. I’m really disappointed with this experience.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, especially Blake. He handled multiple orders and then prepared our food himself, as they were quite understaffed. Despite the challenges, he worked hard to ensure our meal was quick, delicious, and satisfying. I highly recommend the Greensburg KFC/LJS, and if you're there on the weekend, be sure to ask for Blake Allen.

We dropped by on our way back to Cincinnati, just half an hour before closing. The food was still hot and fresh, and the staff member we encountered was very friendly.
