Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant has become quite questionable lately. It seems like every time I visit, there is some kind of disagreement happening between customers and staff. They have now locked the restroom with a pin code, which is unusual for this area. The food is decent, as it is a Taco Bell, but the quality has declined over the past few months. I would recommend going to the Cherrydale location instead, as it is not too far away and has a much better atmosphere.
I wish I could give zero stars. I recently visited the drive-thru and placed my order. When I asked the cashier if I could add two more soft burritos before paying, she rudely refused and said they couldn't accommodate my request. This experience made me not want to return to this Taco Bell location. As a result, they have lost me as a customer.
I have been visiting this Taco Bell for the past three years. What began as a pregnancy craving has become one of my top fast food spots. I love coming here because I have never had any issues with my food, and the staff is always fantastic. I want to give a special shoutout to Jermiah (I hope I spelled that right) who is fantastic at the drive-through window. She was so pleasant and made sure my order was perfect. I will definitely be back, that's for sure. Thank you!
Our order was wrong supposed to be a box of 12 6 hard 6 soft Supremes. They gave us 12 hard tacos, with tomatoes and sour cream on the side. The people were nice enough but they didn't listen to our answers apparently when they asked us a question.
These idiots tried charging me 90 cents for packages of sauce. He said he could only give me 2 per order. No onions in burrito. They wanted almost $9 for the Mexican pizza, and that is without sour cream. Suddenly they want to charge almost a dollar, which is now double from 2 weeks ago. The owner will be notified of his price gouging!!!! No wonder he gets minimal business.
