The Juicy Crab Winterville - Greenville

Our waitress was sitting at the bar table on her phone throughout our entire visit. We had to get her attention every time we needed something. The few times that she peeled her face away from her phone she was rude you could tell that she just did not want to be working. The sad part is it was 3:30 in the afternoon and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The restaurant was out of absolutely every alcohol except for tequila 1800. They were out of all draft beers, and only had Bud Light in the bottles for an option. So the waitress let us walk over to the Circle K across the street and bring our own alcohol in.(which I’m pretty sure that’s frowned upon by the health department and the ATF) If it wasn’t for the food we would never go back. I have made a formal complaint to the district manager but I guess he’s too busy to return my email. The final straw was when automatic gratuity was charged to our bills. There was 4 of us sitting there, and the waitress felt the need to give us for separate receipts. We’ve never said that we wanted a separate ticket for each person at the table. She did that on her own.

Seafood was great! Everyone enjoyed everything they ordered. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Prices were very reasonable for the amount and quality of food.Server was very nice but not very attentive and it was not busy when we were there. But let me tell you the girls there can SING! They sang for my grandmothers birthday.I wish it was more kid friendly. Very limited kids menu and they have the perfect venue for crayons or markers for the kids to draw on the table but they were not available.Definitely will return but probably without the kiddos next time.

It took well over 10 minutes before someone came to the table to serve us.We were then told they were out of fanta, straws, crab crackers and cups when we went to order. We attempted to order a different fountain drink but it didn't have carbon.The food was tasty. Calamari was a bit chewy.

The Food was fresh and delicious. It was well seasoned, tasty and we all liked that the seafood and wings were thoroughly cooked but still juicy 5 Stars.The Service was excellent our waitress was a very polite and conscientious young lady; she was attentive and pleasant 5 Stars.The Atmosphere was superb! Laid back and comfortable (I don't like pushy servers that rush me through my dining experience). The ethnic music was so good; classy and in good taste very enjoyable. The décor is refreshingly unique very clean, nice seating arrangements and artwork. 5+ Stars.The Owner came over and spoke with us, which made the experience enlightening and so much fun!Our bill was just above $50.00 for two people; we had wings, crab legs, vegetables and drinks.Prices in restaurants, fast food establishments and grocery stores are too high these days suppliers are imposing higher charges on business owners as well. Therefore we don't eat out as much as we'd like to.However, we will be going back again at least once a month. I enjoyed the experience and highly recommend The Juicy Crab.

Everything was alright except the shrimp was over seasoning and the ginger ale taste like water.
