Starbucks Coffee - Greenwich

This Starbucks on west Avenue exit 6, the service is bad it takes me half an hour to get served an ice crunch caramel frappuccino with 3 extra shots espresso.,people who come way after me to place orders was served before me and when finally I got the drink, I tell them this is bad service they said woah and laugh at me.

Twice I have come to this starbucks in hopes of a delicious refreshing drink. Alas, every time I am disappointed. When I tell you I have never had a Starbucks drink made this badly I am not exaggerating. My mom and I are so sad I could cry. ZERO VANILLA in my vanilla cold foam latte. I am sad.

Too many people here. They have a big screen to track your order.

I was fixing a unit didn't get food but the staff is really nice and friendly

Update 2/21/2024: Gave up waiting for after lunch cappuccino after 17 minutes. Kind cheery barista couldn’t figure out how to refund me my $6 (told him to keep it if/when he figured it out). I won’t be back. Gregory’s across the street and CFCF down the block are better anyway and quicker. ___________________________ High volume location in the middle of Greenwich Avenue. Usually crowded with most seats taken, scrum of people waiting for drinks. But line moves fast you can be in and out in five minutes nearly every time.
