Olive Oil Oregano - Greenwich

Hi guys this Olive oil Oregano has been taken over by another chain for some time now Way before the first national lock down so it may be, that chain is what you are reviewing; as the signs and food are very similar. Last i went there was with the new owners and the food and service was awful as is described by others, on here.

I used to frequent this restaurant often for lunch, but on 13/02 at 8.45pm, I was served by the rudest lady I have ever encountered. I had never experienced anything like it before. When I ordered Gyros, she immediately responded with 'No gyros, only souvlaki!' Despite my fiance asking for gyros, I agreed to souvlaki. I usually ordered moussaka, so I went with that instead. When I politely asked if I could have salad instead of chips, she replied with 'No, you have to pay separately for salad!' I tried to explain that in all of my previous visits, I was able to make substitutions. She asked the older lady (presumably her manager) in front of me, but the answer was still 'No.' Throughout the interaction, she seemed indifferent to whether I stayed to order or left. Is this the type of customer service that prioritizes those who support the business? I find it hard to believe they cannot accommodate substitutions or engage with customers. I will never return. Avoid this place with its rude staff, small portions, and dry moussaka.

RUDE STAFF, very TINY PORTIONS compared to prices, not even added some salad dressing when requested but just answered not professionally.

I stopped for a quick bite on my way to a concert. I ordered the chicken souvlaki, but the chicken was fatty and pink in some areas, so I ended up leaving most of it. It was a waste of money and I regret choosing this place out of all the options available. I would not recommend dining here.
