Bojangles - Greenwood

It would have been really nice to receive the biscuits in our meals after paying $51 for 5 combos. You literally left out a part of our meal and still charged full price. That happens about 1/4 of the time we order from here. Also the guy and girl standingon the drive thru side right at the door smoking....while he's wearing a flour covered apron, not a good look. Take the apronthat you prepare food in, off, before smoking outside in front of customers. They also tend to lock the doors for inside serviceahead of closing, but will have 5-10 people inside of the restaurant... family and friends and won't let you come in. If you sitthere, they all leave riding home together. So not professional looking. Needs better night time management.

Love Bos however, why isn't management on top of dinner rush and cooking chicken to keep up with the influx of customers?? Sitting here in line again waiting already 15 minutes or more because they didn't have enough chicken cooked??????????? come on,you know people are coming at 5 and I've already seen 5 cars get out of line and drive off.

Terrible. Workers have attitudes and will roll their eyes if you ask them to do a little work. Spend 27 dollars and can?t give you one sauce for free. Got food wrong too. Stay away

Went there for breakfast after a 12 hour night shift and I ordered a steak biscuit with cheese. I guess they thought it was some kinda joke to hide a Cajun chicken biscuit inside the steak wrapper. There are two Bojangles in Greenwood; I won?t be goin tothis one again.

Fries like always cold and hard ordered a deluxe cajun filet this is what I got if I could give zero starts i would this happens all the time
