Bidra med feedbackThis location has improved in the last months, which is why I change my review. I am grateful for the new management and the staff that took over this facility. the Lightskin boy with the afro is very friendly and helpful and deserves a raise. also chop and ratchet are amazing.
Placed online order for drive thru pick up. Emailed receipt at 5:09pm. Walked out of store with order at 6:13. Manager complains of being short staffed yet no less than 25 other orders were filled in the hour I waited. Then complained about me wanting a fresh chicken sandwich. I 'm sorry lady but I didn 't wait an hour for my order to eat a sandwich that has been sitting there longer than I have. If you don 't have the staff to run the store then close it down. But before complaining about me wanting a fresh sandwich after waiting an hour she sure had time to run out to her car for a smoke break. Yep that 's right, customer waiting an hour for their order but has time for a break. So when they tell you welcome back to popeyes don 't let them fool you. You are not a priority.
Give them a zero now. They used to be excellent BUT .... This place has gone DOWNHILL FAST!!!! Food is good but they always say your food is 'ready and being put in box now so please go to parking lot because OUR TIMER IS RUNNING. '. How can it be ready when I WAITED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES (once at the window with the manager actually condisending me but I insisted and waited regardless of the TIMER with now 8 other cars for 20 plus minutes?!!? The manager gets an attitude 3 times now when we asked to wait at the window (which we did once . I 've given them chance after chance to just wait it out being assured 'it 'd be right out ' AFTER PAYING. Their DOOR is locked so good luck getting employees to answer as they look at you and go back to talking. I spend there for great chicken but this time it was subpar actually. I talked to customer service and was assured that a district manager would get back to me which is yet to happen. They also gave me only a 5 credit on my app. After spending over 20 for everything that they have from biscuits two sides and a bucket of chicken 5 does not seem like enough. I did not complain, I really don 't care, I 'll never be back. I 'd rather take my chances at Church 's Chicken or KFC!!!! This location is the worst I 've ever had to deal with. Avoid, AVOID AVOID!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO THEM BUT CONSIDERING EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED I CANNOT TRUST THEY 'LL DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE UNFORTUNATELY!!!! THE MANAGER THERE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND ONLY CARES ABOUT THE TIMER NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THE DRIVE-THRU EMPLOYEES UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER ATTITUDE!!!! I put 'parking ' since they have an entire lot for us fools
The food was good but waited 30 minutes for a drive through order. Walked in and did not see much activity. Lots of standing around looking confused. Changed from 2 to 3 stars cause that spicy chicken is amazing.
Sunday afternoon about 3:30 I ordered chicken strips with mash potatoes . Only one in line. 3 sets of customer sitting down eating, 5 employess working. They gave me my order and it was tough and cold. Tasted like yesterdays chicken. I gave it back to them and told them what I thought,. "They didn 't say sorry, or ask me if the could replace my order. I thouoght the manager would at lease say something. NOPE!! A employed yelled at me across the store and asked "want some more chicken? I said no. This was TERRIBLE!!! The customer service and the quality of the food does not even rate a 1 star.
