Sonic Drive-in - Greenwood

I drove for 40 minutes to get there, and the parking lot was so cramped that it was impossible to get out of the line. Even after my meal, it took me 10 minutes to exit the parking lot. The food was fantastic, but I can't help but think they must be losing a lot of customers due to the lengthy wait times.

I've been to this restaurant twice now, mainly because my children really enjoy it for some reason. Unfortunately, both times I've had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to place my order. Eventually, I pressed the order button again, and they asked me what I wanted to order. While I was answering, they apologized and finally took my order, which came about 10 minutes later. The food is decent, and the staff seems friendly, but my overall experiences have overshadowed the positive aspects of the restaurant. My wife mentioned that they only have three employees on shift at a time, which likely contributes to the delays. Management should take this into consideration rather than punishing the staff.

Drive thru very slow. Staff was average at best! Customer service is not a priority!

Food was cold! Didn't bring straws for the drinks. Had cherry syrup all over the outside of the cup and didn't bring napkins to even clean it up. This is to be my favorite fast food place! Not anymore!

I ordered ahead on the app at 6 pm. I set my order to be picked up at 6:25 pm. I live 15 miles away but I grew up on Sonic am loyal.I checked in at 6:24 pm, it's 6:51 and the people who pulled in next to me have gotten their order left. I'm still waiting I'm lost as to how or why. I have never waited so long for an order.
