Sat in the drive-thru speaker for almost 15 minutes. Finally got order taken, then set at the window for another 15 minuteswatching others who went in after we ordered walk out with food.told the toaster just brokeask-”can we just not toast yours”.ask for refundwe don’t know how to do that I’m not a manager Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

App will not connect while sitting in lobby. After I go down road to order I paid through app and then bread I want is not available and I get choice of white or wheat after it is paid for. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm allergic to pickles and I clearly said my order which didn't include pickles and she tried to put them on my sandwich 5 times. Not to mention that they all looked higher than kites when they came out of the back to make me food. She even put baconon my sandwich when I said turkey? I understand having a bad day but all she could do was laugh and apologized to her coworkerrather than me.

The staff is good, I mean they?re always nice? But the wait time, in or at drive thru- is ridiculous. And when I?ve waited it?s never when they?re super busy. They?re always out of something, or my order is wrong. Last time I got home, from drive thru, andhad to go all the way back for a new sub.
