Dunkin' - Greenwood Lake

If you're looking to receive your food in a timely manner, this is not the place for you. The drive-thru here is a total disaster. It consistently takes me at least 20 minutes to get through, which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. On top of the slow service, they often run out of items as well. I've seen two people give up and leave while waiting in line, which is a loss of revenue for the restaurant. I'd recommend going to Cumberland Farms instead, where you can get coffee for 99 cents and be in and out in less than a minute. Dunkin may claim that America runs on their coffee, but in GWL, you might as well set up a lawn chair and bring a book while you wait. The prices are too high, the service is too slow, and the parking lot is a mess. I've wasted enough time and money here with no improvements in sight. Goodbye.

I gave this dunkin 1 star for management, the coffee was great service was ok but the management was terrible. As I was receiving my coffee the female manager didn’t quite get her name was rude and disrespectful to an employee working close by, I thought this was very unprofessional especially in front of customers!! I just felt awful for that employee and I hope she gets a different job!

It took over 40 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. This has happened to me multiple times. Horrible service. Will be going to Cumberland farms for coffee in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
