Tocabe, An American Indian Eatery

I had one of the tastiest meals I have ever had at Tocabe. The flavors are spectacular and all of the ingredients are fresh and quality. I had been hoping to come here for months and am so glad I finally had the chance! I definitely recommend the Navajo Taco with the shredded bison. It is so unique and you will not be disappointed!

Heard about this gem from a client and cannot thank them enough. Got the Indian tacos with braised bison Amazing! Food was fresh and everything was packed with flavor. You must try the Wojapi cup with Fry bread for dessert. Portion size is generous and pricing is right in line, resteraunt was very clean including restrooms. Service rounded out the experience a cheerful attitude happily guided me through choices. Will be back!

Love this place. Fast casual done right. The food is more akin to New Mexican restaurant than anything else, but it does have its own taste. Very enjoyable and has great service. Go have some fry bread and step away for a few.

Delicious food and great staff, came here from Philadelphia and were told to come here for something Unique to Colorado and was not disappointed. Highly recommend the braised bison and desert fry bread! Support Indigenous business!

Came in for the fry bread (excellent), but the shredded bison, bison ribs, chicken, and chili were also amazing. We tried a bit of everything and seriously loved it all. We'll be back!
