Cook Out - Greer

Got 5 plates with hamburgers and they put the wrong things on each one of them, and one hamburger isn’t even cooked fully. I cut it in half to give to my dogs and it’s rare in the middle. Two days in a row from different places our food has been wrong. Not even the burgers in wrong box. They have toppings on each burger none of us asked for. And what we asked for isn’t on them. All of them were a soggy mess. Waste of money. What is going on now a days where restaurants can’t even get orders right. It’s ridiculous.

The portion are horrible. We asked for a double and its was one patty cut in half to make it looked like two, the single burger almost didn’t even had a patty. Customer services is lacking-staff needs training.

Absolute horrible, I've been outside SC for 5 years and would always brag how great cook out was. First time back and the meal was made poorly, they put cheese on my steak style burger when I clearly stated no cheese and the onions were cooked dry to the point of plastic. Only the cheerwine float was good to which I'm thankful for

Cold hotdog, received 6 fries and 3 hush puppies. Wife's fries and chicken tenders looked like the lid fell off the Cajun seasoning bottle. The inside smelled like dirty wash rags and water. Flies and sticky tables. I used to love this cookout but now it seems like it is run by the high schoolers that hang out in the parking lot with their squatting trucks.

A little disappointed in my milkshake as they did not mix in the malt but once I mixed it at home it was fine. The food was awesome as usual. Even with a very long line around the building, the line moved quickly.
