Four of us ordered wings, and the waitstaff suggested we share different flavors, but they didn't mention that there would be an extra charge for that. The wings arrived in waves: one guest received their wings while waiting a long time for their fries, while another got their wings and fries at the same time. I ordered a blue cheeseburger without tomatoes or pickles. Initially, the waitress noticed the wrong order and took it back to fix it. However, I’m pretty sure they just removed the tomatoes because when it returned, it was covered in some kind of cheese sauce. I pointed this out, and she took it back again for a remake. About 5-8 minutes later, it came back with the same pickle still on it, indicating it had just been left on the counter for a few minutes before returning to me. When we alerted the waitress again, she said she would address it, but there was no compensation or follow-up afterwards. Additionally, there was an employee seated at the bar in uniform (hopefully after their shift) who was drinking the entire time we were there. The only reason I didn’t give them a lower rating is that the rest of my party said the wings and fries were good, but the service was terrible. Given this experience, I’m considering only getting takeout in the future, especially since I noticed a 20% fee for takeout orders inside. We won’t be returning.

I ordered wings and requested extra ranch, but they only gave me one serving and even accused me of causing the issue. They also added a 20% gratuity to my bill, which I wasn’t informed about in advance. Normally, I'm satisfied with the service here, but this time it was awful! It's important for additional charges to be communicated upfront.

The prices listed online didn't match what I was charged when I got there, and the food wasn't seasonal. The order was mixed up, and I’d rate the taste of the food about a 2 or 3 out of 10, especially considering the $73 I spent—it was outrageous. However, the service when I arrived was fantastic. They also tacked on nearly $15 to my takeout order, which seemed excessive.

Stopped for a quick bite after work and for a bar n grill was impressed. clean, spacious and our waitress sami was great. great personality and good social skills. had the platinum garnelen alfredo. I had expected it to be like a big O-plate, but not. but it is delicious and portion has filled me up. in any case, they are happy to stop again and try others from the menu. I hope I will stop for a few drinks and a few games with pool. do they stop the good work?

Hubby and I had the Platinum Shrimp Pasta and it was amazing! Server was a doll too ?
