Mcdonald's - Greer

Great food and quick service. That's what makes McDonald's the best!

The only reason I went to this restaurant was out of fear of trying something new. The ordering process went smoothly, and both the payment and order were accurate. The food was exactly what I expected from McDonald's, which I've known my entire life. This was the location in Duncan, SC, at Hwy 290 and I-85.

The quality of this specific McDonald's has declined exponentially over the past few years. The customer service aspect is basically non-existent, the staff is rude, the orders are almost always incorrect, and the food is worthless. I also have had a couple of close acquaintances catch the staff taking pictures of their credit/debit cards. I always pay with cash to avoid such an issue. Just a warning. The last time I was here, my burger buns were stale, the meat cold, the cheese hard, and the fries were cold. My order was wrong at first and it took 15 minutes to get it corrected. During an experience before this, I was asking to pull forward and then forgotten. When I went in to get my food and speak with manager, the food wasn't even prepared. Well except for my milkshake which was completely melted and worthless. They actually gave it to me and it was almost room temp. When I asked for a replacement, I was promptly told that the ice-cream machine was broken. I didn't receive an apology or a refund and the manager was belligerent and entirely unhelpful. I could also hear very demeaning comments and racial slurs being issued forth from the kitchen area. I can't confirm if they were necessarily toward myself, but it felt like it. I tried to call the corporate office to file a complaint and was left on hold for over 2 hours. I eventually left a message, but was never contacted in regards to my complaint. I have not, and will not, returned to this location. I highly recommend that you look

Food okay but as soon as I walked in, it smelled just like Cat ****. But the play place area smelled a lot better and my kid loved it.

I've never had an issue here. The food is always served hot, the staff are friendly, and the drive-thru line moves quickly!
