Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Gresham Park

They do customer service right. This is a gas station that makes fried chicken. I would expect mediocrity. However, the employees here are exceptional. I am always greeted by the cashier when I walk through the door. The employees who take and fulfill the food orders are friendly and helpful. The chicken is better than KFC, Krogers, and even Cracker Barrel, in my opinion. Once in awhile it will be a little less hot due to sitting in the warmer. However that doesn't happen often for us. Work environment/culture matters and someone (or group of someones) in this particular station has contributed to an environment that lends to exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly service employees. Thank you all for being an encouragement to me on the not so great days!

I have never had a order that was not right or the product was foul. Love the food!! LITERALLY, everything is the bomb!! ?? This restaurant has really declined in quality. I paid $40 for a family meal that was supposed to include a 12-piece mix, 6 tenders, 6 biscuits, and wedges. I even added an order of mashed potatoes for $2.99, but they tasted like soap. To make matters worse, my order didn't include any chicken breasts, which is exactly why I selected the mix in the first place! Additionally, I was shorted 2 chicken fingers. It's very disappointing to drive across town to pick up an order for my family, only to get home and discover that it's incorrect and missing items. I also question why I should tip employees who don't ensure my order is complete and correct. I would recommend considering the removal of the tip option from the order form, as tips should reflect proper service.
