Chipotle - Gresham

Chipotle is one of the restaurants I have tried since becoming plant-based vegan. I ordered a burrito bowl with rice, beans, sofritas (which is shredded hodo soy tofu that tastes like barbecued meat to me), delicious guacamole, veggies, and lettuce. The meal was very filling and satisfying, and best of all, completely vegan-friendly.
