Big Deal Burger - Gretna

We ordered two burgers and an order of fries off of Waitr and the order sat at preparing for about two hours. We contacted Waitr regarding just canceling the order and the status changed to Food on the Way but the driver texted to say he was still waiting on the food from the restaurant. We didn 't get it until two and half hours after ordering (we 're only a few miles away). Not the driver or Waitr 's fault, but don 't order from these guys. Not worth it.

In town for work. Have never seen brand before. Really good burger. Handcut fries were perfect.

Absolutely loved the handcut fries with nacho cheese and smoked brisket on top. Plus, coming from inside a Dickey's I knew the brisket was legit. Will order again when in town.

I ordered form this location on Uber eats and I was going to pick up myself. I get to the location and it sent me to a different location and a random Parking lot? I tried to call the store to see what they were next to a few times and no answer. We finally see that it?s just a Dickies BBQ pit after ready comments and reviews, I go in and wait because people were ordering and when I tell the cashier I?m there to pick up my carry out order for big deal burger she says ?oh we haven?t made burgers all day, we not taking them orders?.? She then says it had happened a few times so I ask why wasn?t I notified she didn?t give any answer. I asked was this the correct phone number that I was calling all those times, because I would?ve received the news better if they would?ve answered instead of wasting all that time, she replies yea but the phone was conveniently down. This was not my first or second time at Dickies but this was the worst without a doubt and I wouldn?t recommend this location because that service was terrible.
