Ground Pat'i - Gretna

Everything was great. My burger was cooked as requested. This is the Smokin Ring Pati. It was sooooo good the bbq sauce, cheese, and bacon went perfectly. This is one of my go to spots when I can't decide on what I want. A for sure fill up.

This was our first time visiting Ground Pat 'i today, and though it wasn 't the best, it was really nice. My hubby and I went in to order a couple of appetizers and get some burgers to go. We ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken wings, which were fresh and hot and tasted pretty good. It was nothing spectacular, but we appreciated it. The wings were breaded, though I prefer mine unbreaded, but they came with wing sauce on the side and your choice of blue cheese or ranch. I asked for blue cheese but got ranch instead. I just kept it, and it was good ranch dressing. For our to-go orders, hubby got a applewood bacon cheese burger with a baked potato, and I got a double turkey burger with cheese and fries. I also ordered two burgers for my parents to-go...both with onion rings. When we got home, everything was nicely packaged, however we only got one burger with onion rings...they mistakenly put fries with the other. Everyone enjoyed their burgers, though my turkey burger was quite dry. It was very flavorful but very dry, and I really didn 't need to order it double, as the single patty was a good enough size. I doctored it with mayo and mustard, but it was no getting around that dryness. The onion rings had a lot of breading and was cooked a bit too long, but the french fries were tasty. The service while we dined in the restaurant was nice...the server was very friendly and welcoming. The prices were pretty much on par with comparable restaurants. Ultimately, we would return, but because the turkey burger wasn 't the best (and I don 't eat beef), I will likely seek another spot when I want my turkey burger fix. If you 're on the Westbank, I would definitely suggest trying it to support local business, and I think you 'll definitely find something you 'd like.

Went to Ground Pati the other night with my cousins. We were craving burgers, figured I'd coke cross the river and we have a good dinner. Hadn't been to Ground Pati in years, I was excited. Last time I went was GREAT!!! Not so much tonight. I saw steak and forgot all about the burger. I ordered the Filet, cuz got a turkey burger and the little ones had a catfish platter. As amazing as it all sounds, quite the contrary. My Filet was over cooked. I ordered medium and got almost well done. The flavor was great, so I could imagine if it was cooked right. Turkey burger looked dry and the patty was extremely small, probably should have gotten a double. The kids killed the fish place, so I take it they enjoyed it. Idk if I'll be back after tonight, but I hope Ground Pati can return to the glory days. Those burgers used to be greatness.

I recently tried the burger at this restaurant and it was the best I've ever had. I ordered it through Uber Eats, but now I'm excited to visit the restaurant in person to experience the service and ambiance. I would easily give this place 5 stars based solely on the burger. I'm looking forward to trying more items from the menu.

The burger was extremely messy and overcooked to the point of being inedible. The bacon and cheese fries were tasty, but lacking in bacon. The service was exceptionally fast, however, the booth was damp.
