Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Griffin

Great chicken sandwich! Much better than Chik Fil-A is right next door. The owner I distribute wins each other when I stop at this DQ. One of my favorite restaurants in Griffin area.

Clean and nice. Okay service. They were fast at getting our food out and the food was hot.

I absolutely adore this place! Every time I visit, I'm warmly welcomed by Uriel—apologies if I spelled that incorrectly. They consistently get my order right and are incredibly friendly, especially Uriel, who always has a charming demeanor at the window.

Ariel at the window did an incredible job. The line moved quickly last Sunday, and the customer service was excellent. That guy definitely deserves a raise! I give it a 10/10 and will definitely return to this milk queen.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The owners recognize returning customers, which makes for a warm atmosphere. The food is always fresh and delicious. However, my most recent visit was less than friendly. The man at the drive-thru was on his phone the entire time. He simply reached out with an open hand for my payment without saying a word or even asking how much I owed. I only ordered a drink after my meal, but instead of handing it to me directly, he collected my meal and drink with one hand while simultaneously switching windows and continuing his phone conversation with the other hand. There was no greeting or inquiry about whether I needed any condiments—not even a single word. It was surprising since I was the only customer at the time. Despite this experience, the owners are fantastic and usually make you feel like friends, especially for a quick bite!
