Truett's Grill Griffin

It's not just a Chick-Fil-A, it's the Truett's Grill. What do they have in the menu? All they had. It is not only your average Chikn Square; but they have burgers, they have pancakes, they have a train over the head and an Indian motorcycle in the middle. Come here, get a shake and a hotbrown and have a good time.

I had such a pleasant encounter with the manager today! He treated a simple problem and went beyond and beyond! It was such a great experience as it seems lately, customer service is not where it must be, but he let me know that no matter what's going on, he will rise and every customer is important! Thank you again, sir.

As always, the food was delicious and the manager was friendly as usual. However, it was my waitress, Sarah, who truly made my visit exceptional! I won't go into specifics, but she exceeded all expectations! If you dine here, be sure to ask for Sarah. A personal message to Sarah: Thank you for your genuine attention and care. May God continue to bless and elevate you... Your last customer at Table 13 on 5/28/22.

This used to be an excellent location, but in the past year or so, the fillets have become incredibly thin and small—thinner than at any other Chick-fil-A I've visited. The staff continues to provide great service, but I'm perplexed as to why this particular location, out of the four I frequent, has this problem. Interestingly, if you order a spicy sandwich, you’ll receive a decent-sized fillet.

During my first visit, I attempted to set up and use the app, and Melissa kindly joined me. She was incredibly friendly and patiently guided me through the app and helped me place my order. What a lovely and wonderful person she is! Truetts is lucky to have her, and your staff is fortunate to have someone like her. In fact, everyone was great!
