At what point do you give up and find something for your family to eat immediately.7:30 is a late dinner… after 8pm is abuse.Never had this problem before, but stores like this have high turnover in staff… it’s currently a problem.
Like everywhere else, this place is getting expensive. The service remains super fast.
Young lady that answered the phone was very rude, nasty disposition, rushed me to order, and she hung up before I was done placing my order.
I ordered four sandwiches and none of them were right. The extras I paid for on one weren’t there, the remaining three had onions or tomatoes on them when they were specified not to be, none were cut in half and I received my pickup notification 8 hours later. I stopped going to Jimmy John’s for this reason, decided to try them again and I regret that I did. Horrible store with horrible service. Clearly, they don’t care at all. Bye!
