Local with careful design, attention to the guest and excellent quality of the dishes, both in the presentation and in the substance. Definitely a different place than the average of the restaurants in the area usually more spartan. If you do not only care about the farm experience but want to try a more sought after Tuscan cuisine is definitely to try. An applause to chef Mario whose passion and desire to get involved.
I went to dinner only once in this restaurant, structure and furniture decidedly very elegant, well maintained and different from the usual. Restful menu, I struggled to understand what was in the different dishes despite this very kind and friendly staff.
The Crespi or Officine del gusto was a huge disappointment. I had heard about it very well and I decided to make a business event with customers who turned out to be a very big figure .... The environment is nice, you get it easily and there is parking... With regard to the kitchen, the great Chef Mario, offered with 5 euros per person x 30 people... various drinks, croutons of bread (poor toast... soft in the middle and burned in various points) with over cubes of discarded tomatoes that had absolutely not come across the bread with a bit of sughiino, or with anemiche verdurine cubes, or with patè bought of artichokes (not even spread). Ah I forgot the strong dish, chips slap on 3 trays.. .Who too wants nothing tightens... He wanted to earn but the advertising he made will cost him dear, surely no one will venture back into his local... Few availability to the customer, and so much to end in beauty...the receipt?! If you want to make an aperitif and you are in the area go to the bar at Gigi which is next to the distributor.. I'm sure their truckers are better treated... The appellations as Chef before writing them in the visiting tickets should be deserved.. .You see the photos of the dishes I am convinced that I am able to do better, but all customers must be treated with white gloves, not only those that give you 30 euros per person..
Minimal menu Semi-empty restaurant Prices a little 'altini since the ristorate is not quite crowded, I would do promotions to attract people. Food I can't judge it much because I only took an appetizer is a sweet Tagliere salami nothing than, good cheeses. Sweet Good Kindness I would also change the maculate subtovaglie that are very night years 80 :
