Five Guys - Groton

We have been pretty regular customers of this location for the past several years. In the past we have come to expect amazing customer service, great burgers, and AN EXPLOSION of fries. We still got the great customer service and good burgers. However, the fries are lacking. For my family of five we used to order one large and one little fry. The past several visits our fry cups have barely been filled. I assumed that the company did away with the extra scoop of fries, but having been to other locations both In and out CT I know that the extra scoop still exists and the Groton location is not following that. The picture I have attached is what we recieved tonight. It was barely enough fries for my three kids. It used to be (even without the extra scoop) that two large fries would EASILY serve 6 or 7 people. Again, the burgers are still amazing, the customer service is well above par, but $15 for 2 large fries and this is all you get? Not acceptable.

I love Five Guys and everything is usually great at this location except for one thing, the tables are almost always dirty.

Best burger in the opposite fantastic pommes. you will need a thousand serviettes because it is all fat. recommend to get the smallest pommes, as that is enough to serve three people. unless they have a heart-to-do wish not get big fries here. they bring a jacket because it's always glacial. I hope you like 70-80s music. if they need a real burger and pommes, this is here to get it. also frightens well, but do not receive your hopes because they have repeatedly said that they did not shake when we left.

This place makes amazing burger and even if there is a sign on the wall that they are the best 2013 under six dollar burger and they have nothing under seven it is still a great place to go. the bag is loaded with Kasian ferries and they seriously do that they are extra for what they pay!

We visited five young people yesterday and got burger and pommes. this is the first time that we have visited a five young in one of them and when we ordered, we were not aware that the burgers are a double-ribty-burger by default. my man got an extra patty and hopeless ended with a triple burger! I wish the menu has indicated this, but the burgers were both big and very good. we also have the riders and what the people say they put a crazy crowd of fries into the bag outside the usual white cup. together with probably the best gold peak sweete from the well, we had a really good lunch. it is a pretty expensive burger and pommes, but the quality is there. I would try if they were looking for a very good filler burger and pommes.
