Came for Valentine's Day. Would recommend! Beautiful picturesque setting in a converted barn, food was great.

Such a great culinary adventure! I found a few ingredients that I will be looking for the next time I hit the store such as florentino and hen of the wood mushrooms. The ambiance is to die for as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful space, great staff, great food. Would use this space again. Worked great for a small group (12 people) doing a outdoor sit-down dinner, but would work fine for twice as many people, and many more if just doing drinks and snacks.

Gilson's is a unique experience. They hold dinners once a week. The atmosphere is a dinner party, not a restaurant. You sit at common tables with the other guests so you can conversations with new people. The meal is prix fixe and the menu changes every month, they post the upcoming menues so you should check the menus before making reservations so that you can come on an evening when they are serving something that you prefer. We've been twice, the food was excellent both times.
