Starbucks - Grove City

Place was clean and organized. Workers were friendly, but a little distracted with two of them behind the counter. Order was made correctly and quickly.Kid-friendliness: Friendly to the kids and offered them samples.

Jade said could not make our drinks the way we asked for them. Both of the employees working was very rude. Will NEVER come to this one again. Paid for mostly water in the drinks.

I placed a mobile order today for my pink drink and it looked as it it wasn’t made in the shaker and just put in the cup and handed to me. I asked if it could be remade and the barista ‘Dontae’ for it to be remade and they told me no and to mix it myself.

I came to this location around 6:00pm tonight when there was no one in line. The girls working didn’t acknowledge me when I walked up. Eventually one walked up to the register and just stared at me. Never greeted me or asked what they could get me or how they could help me. Made my drink wrong but didn’t offer me a recipt or anything to even see if they rang it in right. Disappointed in this experience
