Hula Dawgs - Grovetown

Had chicken strips. I'm always looking for fresh homemade stripes. They're not. Unfortunately, the Pommes are not. Too bad because the place is clean with a good atmosphere. I asked for an extra sauce and found that I would be accused so that I think I could be more customer-friendly. Nice concept for a restaurant. With fresh food all the way over the menu and a customer-centric focus, this place would be a real standout. As it is, the atmosphere makes it just a bit better than the run of the Fast Food Restaurant mill.

Amazing place with incredible food! For those adventurers looking for good, local food or those of us who are just craving a big, juicy, classic burger, Hula Dawgs is a hidden gem. I highly recommend the Big Kahuna, onion rings, and lumpia (Filipino egg rolls), but honestly, it's all pretty damn tasty. Unfortunately, it's for sale at the moment, but they're still open, and I would advise dropping by ASAP to meet the super friendly family that runs this place before they pass it on!!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the food. I had the Gyro and my wife had the Philly Cheesesteak. Both were excellent and I'm hard to please. We'll be back to try the burgers and hot dogs.

My visit to Hula Dawgs was an exceptional one. While in line to order, the gentleman at the register made sure I had a menu to look over until my turn came. He was very friendly and polite, and he tailored my order to exactly what I wanted, including a sampling of dishes I was interested in but not committed to. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend.

The hot dogs are delicious and packed with fresh toppings. The burger was fantastic—slightly greasy but full of flavor, just what you'd expect from a classic diner burger. As you can see from other photos, the decor is a bit extravagant, but it adds to the overall charm as you take it all in. The man and woman working there always seem cheerful and welcoming to customers. This is a perfect spot for a lunch break or a quick bite to eat.
