Pizza Hut - Grovetown

The pizza was fresh and baked to perfection, not undercooked or burnt. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff member kindly opened every box to ensure everything was correct. One of my cakes was not what I had ordered, so he promptly remade my entire order, which meant all the food was warm and fresh. This was an excellent customer experience despite the minor mix-up, and I definitely plan to return to this location in the future. Thank you!

The food was delivered sooner than I anticipated and it was hot! The pasta typically comes with 5 breadsticks, but I received about 10 (yes, really lol). I've ordered from this restaurant many times, and it feels like they just keep improving!

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. I placed my order online and chose to pick it up. When I called to let the lady know I had arrived in the parking lot, she was incredibly polite. A gentleman came out promptly to assist me with my order, and he was very friendly, respectful, and professional. Although I don’t live in Grovetown, I will definitely be using this place again in the future, especially since our local Pizza Hut closed down in Thomson, GA. The only reason I didn’t give a “strongly agree” rating is that the parking lot is quite small, which makes it a bit challenging to navigate in and out given the traffic. However, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the shop or the service itself.
