Just terrible, it used to be better. Mc Café: Strawberry cake not thawed enough, expired donuts. No milkshakes... Employees work without enthusiasm or do not understand German. Ordered food is increasingly coming incomplete. Terrible! Too bad for Grünwald. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ICE CREAM MACHINE broken since SIX MONTH almost !!! Always a new excuse..... Out of stock, machine broken... blah blah blah What kind of a customer service...

Review of 22.11.22 at 22:33: So ice machine not available, otherwise beautiful ambience and attractive outdoor area. Was there shortly before closing and there was absolutely nothing. There are much worse examples. We recommended the McDonalds on TripAdvisor and would definitely recommend it for people without ice. You can't complain, but if you just get to the ice, you'll do it well. Ice Maker didn't do it, and ice was too. McFlurry was also not available
