A special dinner with loved ones: we drew from the numerous proposals on the à la carte menu: each course a delight. The beetroot risotto with gorgonzola cream was perfect: balanced, bold and delicate at the same time. It was very difficult not to give an encore to the chatter with cured meats and cheeses, small but with character!
