The foods are alright but customer service was terrible.I’m not going back again.

Price is good, soup was tasty, I can see myself coming by again.

Very bad service, waiter overcharged us $7 for extra couple of leaves of basil and pieces of lime. When we asked waiter to show it where is it listed on a menu with the price, he was not able to show it. Waiter was not able to provide itemized receipt and return money. When we asked for a manager, manager was not on duty. Would not recommend this place.

Pho Factory is my favorite phot spot. They make the best pho IMO. The Well Done Pho is absolute best.

We were seated quickly, it was pretty quiet for a Saturday night. Pho was hot, and tasted good. Their summer rolls were kind of gummy and the peanut sauce was more soy-tasting than Im used to. Overall, Id say the food was good. Service was ok, we had to ask for more water and they didnt seem super interested in helping.
