They got my order wrong, never tried to fix it or even refund the missing item. I filled out some form online and it said I would be contacted by someone, they never called or emailed me.
I usually love coming to Church’s! But this time their attitudes, atmosphere, just customer service all around was terrible! They roll their eyes and they had a bug in my food! I tried to let them know but all i got was “did you eat it”
Not the biggest Church's fan, but my grandbaby loves it!
The food was amazing, and everything was fresh. I ordered 4 bourbon chicken plates, and they all were great. Now, them charging $1.42 for a cup of water is outrageous.
